I know you must be so tired, but this is somewhere that you can rest.

You are stronger and more capable than you might want to believe sometimes.
I can’t wait for you to see all of the amazing things about yourself that we see in you.
You make this world such a better place.
You are worthy of love and respect.
You have so much more to offer.
