Youth in Rights of Passage live in a supportive, family like atmosphere (sometimes for the first time in their lives) where they participate in a 6 step life skills program, further their education, and gain employment experience. When young people leave Rights of Passage they are fully prepared to live as independent adults and leave street life behind forever.
Every year, Coast Capital invests 10% of their budgeted bottom line towards local community causes. Since 2000, that’s more than $77 million. Coast Capital Savings is committed to building a richer future for youth in our communities. Young people face significant hurdles in their journey toward independence. Coast Capital Savings strategically invests and works alongside community partners to remove these barriers and help young people achieve financial well-being.
Being 95% privately funded, this donation will go a long way to ensure the youth in the Rights of Passage program are well-supported as they blossom into happy, independent adults.
