Recently the young women in our Crisis Program went on an outing to Mount Seymour in North Vancouver. The girls had a great time playing in the snow and taking in the fantastic views.
On our way back from Mt. Seymour, one of our youth stated, “Today is the best day. I feel like I’m living life for the first time”.
We make recreation a part of our offerings for the youth because they’re more than just fun. From these trips, our youth learn important life skills, build character, and get involved in the community in positive ways.
